Whereas, the client recognizes that in order for Expert Credit Fix U.S.A Inc. to provide its services, creditors of the client as well as other persons, firms or organizations will request Expert Credit Fix U.S.A Inc. to furnish certain information concerning the client’s financial condition.

In consideration of and in furtherance of the services to be provided by Expert Credit Fix U.S.A Inc. the client hereby expressively authorizes Expert Credit Fix U.S.A Inc. to:

  • Disclose any information concerning the financial condition and status of the client including but not limited to his/her income, debt, credit, earnings and/or location to any creditor listed by the client.
  • Obtain whatever financial information Expert Credit Fix U.S.A Inc. deems necessary from any creditor of the client.

The client hereby agrees to hold Expert Credit Fix U.S.A Inc. harmless from any claim, suit, action or demand made by any creditor of the client or any other person who in any manner may arise from such action take by CCCS or the creditors of the client in connections with services rendered by Expert Credit Fix U.S.A Inc.

The client recognizes that Expert Credit Fix U.S.A Inc. has no responsibility or obligation for any past, present or future credit rating assigned to the client by any of his/her creditor.

Expert Credit Fix U.S.A Inc. agrees that all information in the client’s file will be otherwise kept confidential, and shall be used only for legitimate business purposes under the fair credit reporting act.
All the information reported on the application form is true and accurate to the best of my/our ability; is considered complete and is acknowledge by my/our signature (s) below.

The following information is to serve you better. When you agree with Expert Credit Fix U.S.A. Inc. to receive any of the following services, these are the steps to follow:

  • It is my responsibility to inform Expert Credit Fix U.S.A. Inc. in a timely manner when receiving any reports within the first 3 to 4 weeks of my sign-in contract; from the three credit agencies as follows: Experian, Trans Union and Equifax. I should receive the credit report on a monthly basis. (Please send the reports as upon received to Expert Credit Fix U.S.A. Inc.)
  • I as a customer should have the right to know that this service lasts for 6 months (it this is the basic service). Monitoring your files or records and without using your credit under any circumstances until the service would be completed.
  • I as a new client understand a possibility of a return on any account into my credit report (the reason why, is because in some cases the company that you owe money to could sell past due accounts to any collections agency) however, it is guaranteed that not all accounts will return into your credit file.
  • I understand that at the moment I sign the contract, Expert Credit Fix U.S.A. Inc will only work with the accounts that are included in my present credit report. Expert Credit Fix U.S.A. Inc. will work in removing my negative reports as much as 90% (possibly more depending on situation).
